Renting From Us

We operate in eight London boroughs where we work with the local authorities and other housing associations in managing and achieving their strategy for housing. We have existing stock and manage homes in the following London boroughs; Newham, Tower Hamlets, Islington, Hackney, Waltham Forest, Haringey, Royal Borough of Greenwich and Bexley.

We do not maintain a waiting list, meaning that we do not take direct applicants for housing. All new tenants to Karin are referred to us from referral agencies (i.e. the local authorities).

As part of our lettings process we carry out identity and affordability checks before we rent our properties. Should you be successful, you will be required to adhere to the following points:

• All tenants who live in our properties which we manage or own must sign an agreement with Karin.
• Tenants are required to treat staff with respect and be polite.
• Tenants should not pose a threat to their neighbours, Karin staff member, contractors and anyone who is representing the organisation.
• Tenants are required to book an appointment in the office should they need to discuss any matter in person.
